These Terms of Service govern your use of MoodboardReads. By using the service or purchasing an unlock, you agree to these Terms.

What MoodboardReads does

MoodboardReads uses the Pinterest board you choose to generate a reading aesthetic and personalized book recommendations. The service is for entertainment, reading discovery, and personal use.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the portions of the service that rely on AI analysis.

Pinterest access

You authorize MoodboardReads to use read-only Pinterest access to show your boards and analyze the board you choose. We do not ask for your Pinterest password, and we do not publish, edit, delete, or save Pins on your behalf.

AI-generated recommendations

Recommendations are generated using automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or not match your preferences. You should use your own judgment before buying or reading a recommended book.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are for immediate digital access to additional book recommendations for a generated reading list. Once the unlock is delivered, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or if a technical issue prevents access and we cannot reasonably fix it.

MoodboardReads does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, educational, employment, housing, credit, or other professional advice.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, including Pinterest, Google, Hugging Face, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, or Bookshop.org.
